Who we are
National Center of integrity (NCI) is Kuwait-based consulting center provides consultancy, studies and training services specialized in promoting integrity and corruption prevention for both private sector business and governmental institutions.
Our Approach
We provide a wide range of proactive, reactive, and remedial anti-corruption services, and help to develop and implement anti-corruption controls and practices that meet international standards and identify internal control weaknesses and opportunities to strengthen business integrity and mitigate risk.

At National Center of Integrity (NCI), we provide expert consulting services to help businesses expanding their compliance frameworks and achieve their goals. We are working in collaboration with Kuwait Society Of National Integrity to provide the proper advice to governmental institutions and review anti-corruption national plans.
Our services
- Review organization policies, controls and procedures to identify weaknesses and deficiencies.
- Evaluate compliance with anti-corruption provisions of the local and international anti-corruption and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. and other statutes
- Identify, assess and remediate internal control weaknesses and provide technical reports
- Provide support on performing a Corruption Risk assessment , the organization is exposed to and on designing the controls to mitigate those risks.
- Developing, monitoring and review of the Anti-Corruption Program.
- Drafting of Code of Ethics, business integrity and anti-corruption policies and procedures.
- Implementation of a Whistle-blower tool to report corrupt practices and misconduct.
- Establishment of a motivation system that effectively enforces code of conduct and policies.
- Advice on creating an ethical culture within the organization.
- Seminars and Training Courses on Anti-corruption and business integrity
- Supporting implementing ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System ISO 37002 Whistleblowing Management Systems.
- Anti-corruption strategy and action plan design and implementation
- Conduct third-party due diligence on vendors, agents and intermediaries
